Our Residential Park Homes

Many park homes look like attractively designed and traditionally built bungalows with a pitched roof, rendered exterior and uPVC doors and windows. The only real difference is the method of construction. We pride ourselves on carefully selecting the manufacturers we work with to provide you with the ideal park home living experience. Each home is craftsman built so you can be rest assured that the highest quality and design are put into every one of our residential park homes.

We select park homes that are sympathetic to and compliment the surroundings to create a park that is not only aesthetically pleasing but developed with careful consideration for our residents. With a range of different styles and sizes with two and three bedroom options each home is created to offer the optimum living space.  Fully furnished and equipped with everything you’ll need so you can simply move in and start enjoying a more relaxed way of life.

A park visit and show home viewing is essential to appreciate the locations and choice we have on offer. Our dedicated on park teams will be on hand to guide you through the purchase of your residential park home.

All The Comforts Of Home

The interiors of our park homes are second to none with designer inspired fixtures and soft furnishings. The modern interiors provide a light and airy living space with vaulted ceilings and large feature windows looking over and across the gorgeous surroundings of our park and manicured gardens. Lounges have a luxurious feel with comfortable furniture, soft fabrics and feature lighting. Dining areas are practical and stylish with large dining tables and chairs and co-ordinating soft furnishings ideal for having friends and family over and creating memories that can be cherished. Feature kitchens include a choice of modern or traditional style units with contrasting work surfaces and host a range of integrated appliances.

Homes are available with two or three bedrooms with plenty of storage and some feature walk-in wardrobes. Most models have an en-suite shower room as well as a fitted bathroom with a full size bath finished to the highest standard. We work closely with the manufacturers to ensure you receive a home that’s perfectly tailored to you! We offer all new buyers the chance to visit the factory to spec and customise their units. This can be anything from choosing integrated kitchen appliances to the layout and floorplan of your new home.

Costs to consider

As is the case with traditional home ownership, there are some running costs to take in to consideration.

There is an annual site fee to pay, this contributes toward the up keep of the park and park maintenance.

Council tax, usually the lowest band, A.

Local authority water and sewerage rates.

Gas and electricity. Park homes are very efficient and well insulated so you should enjoy reduced energy costs to that of your current home.

Finance Options and Home Exchange

Our retirement properties are about choosing a more relaxed way of life. So we think buying a retirement home should be just as hassle-free. That’s why we offer a range of flexible finance options to suit you and your situation.

Sometimes selling your home to buy a new one can be a long and drawn-out process. But with our Part Exchange Scheme, you can keep things simple. If you choose the scheme, we’ll take your current home at full market value in return for a beautiful new residential park home, so you can begin your new more relaxed lifestyle sooner than you think. Also, if the equity in your old house is greater than your new park home, you’ll have some cash left over for the future. No chains, delays or estate agency fees to worry about.

We’re here to make things easy.
